Improvement of the surroundings of the Torres–Racó Conill Blue Trail

Summary

The contract covers improvements to the Sender de la Costa pedestrian trail near Torres Beach in Villajoyosa. Due to available funding, this procurement covers only Lot 1: access routes and upper platforms. The works are intended to improve the infrastructure, walkability and safety of the deteriorated trail. The planned completion period is 3 months. The estimated tender budget is EUR 115,702.48 excluding VAT and EUR 140,000 including 21% VAT. Bidders must submit an electronic offer with a responsible declaration and price offer, and demonstrate the required turnover and relevant previous works experience. Offers are assessed on price (up to 50 points), a shorter completion period (up to 25 points) and an extended warranty (up to 25 points). Before works begin, the successful bidder must provide a plan for promoting recycling and reusable packaging; before handover, it must report on the measures implemented and their quantified results.
