Operating lease of a passenger car without purchase option for the Levante Almeriense and Almanzora Rural Development Group

The procurement is for a 36-month operating lease, without an option to purchase, of one new passenger car for the Levante Almeriense and Almanzora Rural Development Group. The contract may be extended once, by mutual agreement, for one year. Estimated mileage over the initial term is 90,000 km, or an average of 2,500 km per month; an extension adds 30,000 km. Excess and unused mileage will be settled using the bidder’s unit rates for each 100 km. The vehicle must be a five-door compact SUV or crossover with five seats, a self-charging petrol-electric hybrid powertrain, combined output of at least 146 kW (approximately 199 hp), automatic transmission and boot capacity of at least 520 litres. It must have a DGT ECO or zero-emission environmental label and meet the specified safety, comfort, lighting and infotainment requirements. The monthly fee must include the lease, maintenance and ordinary repairs, tyre replacement, comprehensive insurance, 24-hour roadside assistance, a replacement vehicle, taxes and registration services, and administration of vehicle-related fines and notices. The vehicle must be supplied new, registered and ready for use within the delivery period offered. The maximum monthly fee is EUR 558.79 excluding VAT; the 36-month budget is EUR 20,116.44 excluding VAT and EUR 24,340.89 including VAT. Price is the sole award criterion. Bidders must submit the vehicle’s technical details, a completed summary of its technical characteristics and an offer stating the monthly fee, mileage unit rates and delivery period. Evidence of economic, financial or technical capacity is not required.
