Operation and refurbishment of the bar-restaurant at Magaluf Sports Centre

The tender grants the right to operate and manage the bar-restaurant at the Magaluf Municipal Sports Centre and requires a comprehensive refurbishment before operations begin, including renovation of the kitchen, dining area and toilets, and provision of all necessary furniture and equipment. The activity will take place in the restaurant premises in the sports-centre building. The estimated total investment is €216,865, of which the base cost of the mandatory works is €66,830. The works must be completed within a maximum of three months; the operating term then runs for 12 years, with an option to extend by one year. At least three of the specified cooking methods must be available at all times. Normal opening hours are 8:30–22:00 on weekdays and 9:00–21:00 on weekends and public holidays; service must also be available while sports services are operating and during official competitions and events. The successful operator is responsible for operating permits, civil liability insurance of at least €400,000, upkeep of the premises and electricity costs, and must take over employees entitled to transfer.
