Framework agreement for the supply of IT and microcomputing equipment to EMAYA

Summary

EMAYA is establishing a one-year framework agreement with suppliers of computer and microcomputer equipment, and related software, for its corporate information system. Products include desktop computers, laptops, tablets, monitors, printers, scanners, storage devices, memory, peripherals and accessories, as well as operating systems and office software. The estimated total value is EUR 84,247.78 excluding VAT; purchases will be made as needs arise across three categories. Bidders may apply for one or more categories. For categories 1 and 2, bidders must offer discounts on manufacturers’ official catalogue prices for specified product groups and brands; for category 3, they must quote unit prices. Price is worth up to 95 points, while an extension to the minimum two-year product warranty is worth up to 5 points. Orders placed under the framework agreement generally must be delivered within 10 calendar days, with delivery and unloading costs included in the offer. Participation requires meeting the economic and technical capacity criteria, submitting the required declaration and price offer, and complying with IT security and cybersecurity conditions. Offers must be submitted electronically through EMAYA’s tender portal within 15 calendar days of publication of the contract notice.
