Supply of machinery for Briviesca municipal services (2 lots)

Summary

Briviesca City Council is procuring machinery for municipal services in two lots. Lot 1 is for one new professional towable wood and green-waste shredder for branches and plant waste from the maintenance of parks, gardens and green spaces. It must process material at least 160 mm in diameter, have a feed roller at least 600 mm wide and a petrol engine rated at least 35 hp. Lot 2 is for one new self-propelled articulated personnel lift for municipal maintenance and work at height; its diesel engine must have a minimum output of 18.5 kW and meet Stage V emissions requirements or an equivalent standard. The lift must have a working height of 11.50–12.00 m, a horizontal reach of at least 6 m and a platform capacity of at least 225 kg for two occupants. Bids may cover either or both lots, and the same bidder may be awarded both. The budget is €27,000 excluding VAT (€32,670 including VAT) for Lot 1 and €52,000 excluding VAT (€62,920 including VAT) for Lot 2, totalling €79,000 excluding VAT or €95,590 including VAT. The machinery must be delivered to Briviesca within a maximum of four months from contract signing, fully equipped, registered, accompanied by the required documentation and ready for use, with a minimum three-year warranty. The supplier must cover transport and delivery costs and comply with applicable employment, health and safety, and environmental rules, including proper management of waste generated by delivery and maintenance. Evaluation awards up to 60 points for price, 10 for a shorter delivery period, 20 for an extended warranty and 10 for the distance to the official after-sales service point. Participation requires compliance with the registration, financial capacity and experience requirements and submission of the required technical and administrative documents. Bids must be submitted electronically, digitally signed and in Spanish within 15 calendar days starting the day after publication of the contract notice, by 14:00.
