Summary

Navantia is procuring a broad range of supplies in 149 separately awarded lots, including protective and rescue equipment, medical devices, kitchen items, lighting and communications equipment, hoses and pipe fittings. Bidders may submit offers for one or more lots, and one bidder may be awarded all lots. The estimated contract value is €230,013 excluding VAT. The contract lasts six months with no extension option; delivery is to Navantia’s Cartagena shipyard. Bidders must meet the financial and technical capacity requirements, provide the required evidence and specify the required quantities and product details for each lot offered. For all lots, the turnover threshold is €299,016.90 and the technical-capacity threshold for comparable supplies is €161,009.10. A valid ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent quality certificate is required. The technical offer must include the signed technical specification and completed delivery-time forms; the financial offer must include a signed price proposal and technical product details. A certificate of conformity is required for all supplied items. Evaluation awards up to 40 points for delivery time and 60 for price; offers promising delivery later than 32 calendar days will be rejected.
