Refurbishment of Room 3A in the Sabatini Building at the Reina Sofía Museum
Summary
The tender covers refurbishment of Room 3A on the third floor of the Sabatini Building at the Reina Sofía Museum in Madrid. Tenderers must demonstrate financial and technical capacity, provide a site manager and foreman with the specified experience, and submit separate technical and price proposals. Evaluation awards up to 25 points for the technical proposal, 65 for price and 10 for an extended warranty.
