Road-surface rehabilitation in the Rematacaudales industrial estate

Summary

The procurement covers road-surface rehabilitation works on Miguel Servet, Severo Ochoa, Juan de la Cierva, Arturo Soria and Siglo XXI streets in the Rematacaudales industrial estate in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. The works include repairing and strengthening locally weakened pavement, milling the existing surface, adapting pedestrian crossings where necessary, laying a new 5 cm hot asphalt-concrete wearing course and raising manhole covers to the level of the new surface. The aim is to improve pavement condition, road safety and driving comfort. The works must be completed within two months from the signing of the setting-out record. The maximum budget is EUR 256,704.91 including VAT, and price is the sole award criterion. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and experience with similar works; companies established less than five years ago have an alternative way to demonstrate technical capacity. The works manager must be a qualified architect or technical architect with more than five years of experience in similar works.
