Installation of a voice evacuation and public-address system in the production workshop

Summary

The contract concerns the installation of a public-address and voice evacuation system at ENSA’s nuclear equipment production facility in Maliaño. The work includes designing and supplying the system, installing it, connecting it to the fire alarm system, testing and commissioning it, carrying out acoustic measurements, training staff, and handing over the required documentation. The building covers 24,000 m² and is divided into seven fire zones. The system must comply with the specified fire-safety and equipment standards; all devices, including power supplies and amplifiers, must be from Fonestar Sistemas. The technical specification requires, among other things, at least 30 minutes of battery backup in alarm mode, STI ≥ 0.5 across 90% of each zone, at least 8 hours of operator training, and a warranty of at least 24 months. Bid submission and bidder suitability requirements must be checked in the tender documents.
