Supply of furniture, healthcare and rehabilitation equipment to Mutua Balear
Summary
Mutua Balear is procuring furniture, healthcare equipment and rehabilitation aids for its offices in nine lots: a focused shockwave device, a stair-climbing exercise machine, a patient wheelchair, a medication refrigerator, a pressure-relief mattress, microsurgery sets and micro-forceps, a pocket ultrasound scanner, a venous-access training phantom, and a tall wheeled operating-room cabinet. Supplies will be ordered as needed at unit prices; the contracting entity does not guarantee that all estimated quantities will be ordered or that the full budget will be spent. Maximum lot values excluding VAT: 1) shockwave device, €60,104.80; 2) stair-climbing machine, €10,849.30; 3) wheelchair, €2,598.23; 4) medication refrigerator, €2,454.90; 5) hospital mattress, €3,150; 6) microsurgery set, €28,576.80; 7) pocket ultrasound scanner, €4,171.10; 8) venous-access phantom, €1,129.87; 9) operating-room wheeled cabinet, €9,275.66. The total is €122,310.66 excluding VAT and €147,995.89 including taxes. The contract lasts 5 months with no extension; it is scheduled to start in the second half of 2026. Deliveries must be completed by 28 December 2026 and, where required, include installation, commissioning, removal of packaging and waste, and removal of the old equipment or furniture. Products must meet the technical minimums for their lot and bear CE marking where applicable. For example, the patient wheelchair must support up to 140 kg; the medication refrigerator must maintain 2–8 °C; the pressure-relief mattress is approximately 198 × 85 × 14 cm; the pocket ultrasound scanner must have an IP67 rating; and the venous-access training phantom must include five simulated vessels. The bid must include technical information and evidence of compliance for every product. The successful bidder must supply the exact products offered; substitutions require the contracting entity’s prior written approval. Bids must be submitted electronically by 16 October 2026 at 23:59. Technical quality accounts for up to 49 points and automatically assessed criteria for up to 51 points: price up to 41, a warranty extension beyond three years up to 5, and a delivery period of less than 30 days up to 5. A minimum of 30 technical points is required. Bidders must meet the qualification, documentation and certification requirements, including those for turnover, liability insurance, comparable experience and ISO standards. Technical bid documents must be in Spanish or accompanied by an official Spanish translation.
