Grant of hunting rights in MUP areas 27 and 28

Summary

The tender grants hunting rights in the jointly owned municipal forests of Anguiano, Matute and Tobía, covering public forest areas MUP 27 and 28. MUP 27 includes 7 mixed wild boar and deer drives, 5 pigeon passage stands and one third of the small-game hunting rights; MUP 28 includes 5 mixed wild boar and deer drives, small-game hunting and one drive in the Escarzosa hunting area. The rights are offered as one combined package, with no lots, and bidders must submit one combined offer. Hunting must comply with the current technical hunting plan and approved quotas. The base price is EUR 19,501.30, excluding VAT and fees; VAT is EUR 4,095.27, making EUR 23,596.57 including VAT. Bids must exceed the base price, and the highest-priced bid wins. Bids must be submitted in two sealed envelopes and delivered in person to the Anguiano Town Hall registry by 12:00 on 9 October 2026. The contract lasts for one hunting season and may be extended by annual periods, by mutual agreement, up to four times, but cannot continue beyond the 2029/2030 hunting season. The successful bidder must pay within 15 working days of notification and before the contract is formalised, and provide security equal to 5% of the awarded price, excluding taxes.
