Supply and installation of an electric bicycle rental system in Montanejos

Summary

The tender covers the supply, installation and commissioning of a complete electric bicycle rental system for the municipality of Montanejos: one self-service smart station for eight bicycles, eight electric bicycles with accessories and smart locks, and a management platform and mobile app. The contractor must design, deliver, install, configure and legalise the system, provide operating and technical documentation, and train municipal staff. The contract also includes a three-year warranty, software support and updates, maintenance, and the fixed operating costs specified in the technical requirements, including electricity, water, insurance and internet connectivity. Price is worth up to 35 points; no additional points are awarded for a price reduction of 10% or more, and bids exceeding the budget are excluded. Similar projects contracted during the previous three years in tourist destinations can earn up to 10 points; offering up to four station relocations can earn up to 20 points; and providing telephone booking assistance and user support at no extra cost for one, two or three years earns 15, 25 or 35 points respectively. Relocation and telephone support are optional award criteria.
