Supply of Type C heating oil for municipal buildings

Summary

The contract covers the supply of Type C heating oil for Cudillero’s municipal buildings and facilities: the town hall, cultural centre, two schools and sports facilities. The estimated maximum quantity is 26,000 litres per year. The initial term is one year, with an option to extend for a further year. The estimated value for two years is €56,868.24 excluding VAT, and the estimated total budget including VAT is €68,810.56. Actual payment will depend on the quantity delivered and the discount offered. Tenderers must quote a percentage discount on the per-litre price of heating oil. Price is the sole award criterion, and the contract will go to the tenderer offering the largest discount. The reference price is based on the European Commission’s weekly oil price bulletin; if that reference price exceeds the tender price cap, the cap will apply as the reference-price ceiling. Deliveries must be made within 24 hours of the municipality’s order, or within 48 hours if the following day is a Sunday or public holiday. Bids must be submitted electronically, and tenderers must meet the suitability, registration and environmental requirements described below.
