Maintenance of Security Systems in Municipal Buildings and the El Pando Centre

Summary

The procurement is divided into two lots: (1) maintenance of fire-protection systems and photoluminescent signage in Langreo’s municipal buildings; and (2) maintenance of intrusion-alarm systems, including continuous connection to an alarm receiving centre, GPRS communications, alarm verification and incident handling. The services include preventive and corrective maintenance, required inspections, maintenance and repair reports, and technical support. Replacement parts not covered by routine maintenance are priced separately and require the contracting authority’s prior approval before ordering. The initial contract term is two years, with two possible one-year extensions. The combined base budget for both lots is €69,624 excluding VAT (€84,245.04 including VAT); Lot 1 is €22,416 and Lot 2 is €47,208 excluding VAT. Bidders must meet the turnover and comparable-experience requirements for each lot they bid for, and provide competent technical staff with round-the-clock availability. Automatic evaluation awards up to 80 points for price in Lot 1, with up to 20 points for discounts on price-list and unit prices; in Lot 2, price is worth up to 85 points and the discount on the materials price list up to 15 points. Bids must be submitted electronically and must not exceed the budget for the relevant lot.
