Natural stone cobbled paving works on the street next to José Sorribes Fuster Square in Aín

Summary

The contract covers the redevelopment of approximately 135 m² of the street beside José Sorribes Fuster Square in Aín. The existing asphalt, kerbs and pavements will be removed and replaced with a compacted granular base, geotextile and irregular natural-stone cobbled paving. The works also include forming slopes for surface rainwater drainage, tying in with existing features, properly managing construction and demolition waste, and providing for health and safety. The expected duration is six months, and the works must be completed no later than 30 June 2027. The estimated contract value is €49,586.78 excluding VAT, or €60,000 including 21% VAT.
