Demolition of the Camós warehouse – Phases 1 and 2
Summary
The contract covers Phases 1 and 2 of the demolition of a warehouse beside the GIV5247 road in Camós. Phase 1 involves removing the asbestos-cement roof and, if present, other asbestos-containing cement elements, after wetting them with a fibre-binding agent. This work must be carried out by a specialist company registered in the relevant register of companies exposed to asbestos risks, and the competent authority must approve the asbestos-risk work plan before work starts. Asbestos waste must be taken to an authorised facility and properly managed. Phase 2 requires complete demolition of the building: removing joinery, metalwork and sandwich panels, then mechanically demolishing the remaining structure, including reinforced-concrete structures, masonry, the semi-basement toilets and changing rooms, interior and exterior floors, and fill material down to natural ground level. Stone material must be crushed on site, and construction waste transported to an authorised facility and properly managed. The works must be completed within two months. The estimated contract value is EUR 137,365.87 excluding VAT (EUR 166,212.70 including 21% VAT). The contract is not divided into lots. Price is the sole award criterion: the lowest bid may receive up to 10 points, with other bids scored using the stated formula. The bid must not exceed the budget excluding VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically in a single digital envelope with a responsible declaration and price offer; the submission period is 20 calendar days from the day after publication of the contract notice. Bidders must be registered in the relevant official tenderer register. No provisional guarantee is required; the successful bidder must provide a 5% final guarantee and civil liability insurance of at least EUR 600,000.
