Inspection Record Management Software for Granollers City Council

Summary

The tender is for the right to use a software solution for managing Granollers City Council's inspection records, together with implementation, configuration, maintenance and support. The solution must combine a mobile application and web environment, electronic signatures, official CODAB food-safety inspection protocols, and analysis of data collected during inspections. It must support, among other things, creating inspection forms, offline use, producing and signing inspection records, and calculating at least 30 data indicators. CODAB protocols and the electronic-signature workflow must be operational within one month; the data-analysis tool must be operational within three months. Maintenance must ensure system availability and security updates; incidents that significantly impede use must be resolved within 48 hours, and at least 8 hours of technical advice and support must be provided each year. The initial term is two years from 1 January 2027, or from a later contract-signing date, with two possible one-year extensions. The two-year budget ceiling is €12,711 excluding VAT, or €15,380.31 including VAT. Price accounts for up to 55 points and automatically scored improvements for up to 45 points: shorter implementation times, additional data indicators, a graphical dashboard, and extra advisory hours.
