Sociocultural Activity Services at the Cubelles Senior Citizens’ Centre

Summary

The contract covers sociocultural activity services at the Cubelles senior citizens’ centre. The contractor must provide a full-time sociocultural activities specialist working 35 hours per week to plan, deliver and evaluate cultural, sports, educational, leisure and emotional-support activities for older people, while encouraging participation and community life. Services are mainly delivered in person at the Cubelles centre and, when needed, at other municipal venues. The preferred schedule is Monday to Friday, 10:00–13:00 and 16:00–20:00. The service is primarily for people aged 65 and over and for early retirees and pensioners over 55. The initial contract term is one year, with up to three one-year extensions subject to budget availability and a positive service evaluation. The estimated tender value is €35,944.99 excluding VAT, or €43,493.44 including VAT. Bidders must submit a mandatory technical project of no more than 10 pages and demonstrate professional liability insurance of at least €49,000 and at least €49,000 in similar service experience during the previous three years. At least one higher-level sociocultural activities technician is required, and the service must be delivered in Catalan. In addition to price, the award evaluation considers company and staff experience, staff training, replacement response time and the quality of the technical project.
