Subscription to a SaaS fax solution for Canal de Isabel II

Summary

The procurement covers a three-year SaaS subscription for Canal de Isabel II, enabling incoming and outgoing fax, fax and email functions for applications and general use (email-to-fax and fax-to-email), and transactional email. Advanced technical support is also included. The current licences expire on 31 July 2027, and continuity of the service is required from that date. The contract is not divided into lots, and price is the sole award criterion. When pricing the bid, allow for a service including 3,500 fax pages per month, transactional email including 250,000 emails per month, an estimated additional volume of up to 100,000 emails per month, and six hours of advanced technical support per year. The estimated value is €71,208 excluding VAT (€86,161.68 including VAT); bids exceeding that amount will not be considered. The actual volume ordered will depend on the buyer’s needs and may vary by 42.06%: the buyer guarantees orders worth at least 57.94% of the amount used to evaluate bids and may order up to that full amount. Bidders must submit one electronic bid in Spanish, including the required technical description, price offer and responsible declarations. The technical submission must describe the procedure for reporting software faults and provide current support contact details, include a service-level agreement, and provide the software licence terms or a web link to them. The bid must meet the minimum technical requirements; variants are not permitted. Participation requires meeting the turnover and experience thresholds and the high-category security certification requirement. The successful bidder must provide the required evidence, declare the locations of the servers and associated services before contract signature, and comply with personal-data protection requirements.
