Technical production, logistics and organisational support for the MADRURAL 2026 Rural Tourism Congress

Summary

The contract covers the technical production, logistics and organisational support for the first MADRURAL 2026 Rural Tourism Congress of the Community of Madrid. The congress will take place on 12–13 November 2026 at the Centro Comarcal de Humanidades Sierra Norte in La Cabrera, with an estimated attendance of around 250 people. Before, during and after the event, the contractor will prepare the venue, supply and install furnishings and equipment, and dismantle them; design and set up the MADRURAL HUB; produce and install signs, promotional and attendee materials, including at least 200 welcome packs; provide reception, registration, information, speaker support and networking activities; and organise catering. The maximum contract budget is EUR 25,000 including VAT (EUR 20,661.15 excluding VAT). There is no contract extension, and all work must be completed by 30 November 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically and include a price offer, the required technical description and a responsible declaration. Price is worth up to 40 points; additional points are available for offering transport, welcome packs, branded bags and tourist maps at no extra cost.
