Renovation works at Codo Town Hall Square

Summary

The contract covers renovation works at the Town Hall Square in Codo: renewing the existing paving, reorganising the space, adding trees and lighting, and bringing the underground passageways into prominence. The works include, among other things, demolition, excavation, foundations and structural work, drainage, masonry, paving, lighting and irrigation. The contract is not divided into lots. The works must be completed within 4 months from the day after the site-setting-out verification record is signed; the warranty period is 2 years from acceptance of the works. Price is the only award criterion. The bid must not exceed EUR 145,656 excluding VAT (EUR 176,243.76 including VAT). No provisional bid guarantee is required; the successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the final bid price excluding VAT. The guarantee may also be established through deductions from payments. Bids must be submitted in a sealed paper envelope to the Codo municipal General Registry within 20 calendar days from the day after publication of the contract notice.
