Supply of computer equipment for an adult education centre

Summary

Cheste is purchasing 16 new all-in-one desktop computers for its adult education centre, including keyboards, mice and other necessary accessories. The contractor must deliver, install and configure the equipment, set up the software and migrate data from the existing computers. The supply includes a permanent office-software licence and PDF viewing and editing licence for each computer, an extension of the existing Panda AD 360 antivirus licences, and 16 four-socket extension strips with switches. Warranty-period technical support and maintenance are also included in the price. The computers must meet the minimum technical requirements, including Windows 11 Pro, an Intel Core Ultra 5 processor, at least 16 GB DDR5 memory, a 512 GB NVMe SSD, a 23.8-inch Full HD display and ENERGY STAR certification. Equipment must be new. The manufacturer’s warranty must be at least three years, and manufacturer maintenance and support must be available for at least five years. Delivery, installation and commissioning must be completed within two months of notification of the award decision; bidders may offer a shorter period for evaluation. Offers are evaluated on price (60 points), extended warranty and technical assistance (up to 20 points), and a shorter delivery and commissioning period (up to 20 points). The bidder must have annual turnover of at least €12,621.42, excluding VAT, in the best of the last three available financial years, and must have completed at least three similar contracts during the last three years with a combined value exceeding €3,563.45, excluding VAT. The offer must be submitted electronically with the required declarations and supporting documents.
