Replacement of asbestos-cement pipes in the Cezosu reservoir valve chamber

Summary

The tender covers the adaptation and replacement of asbestos-cement pipes in the valve chamber of the Cezosu reservoir in Nava, together with renewal of the water-supply infrastructure. The works are intended to remove sections of asbestos-cement pipe and replace valves that are in poor condition, improving water-supply efficiency and reducing water losses. The detailed technical solution is set out in the project. This is a single, unloted works contract. The estimated value is €140,326.47 excluding VAT, and the tender budget is €169,795.03 including VAT. The works must be completed within three months from the signing of the setting-out inspection record. The procedure is open, and price is the sole award criterion: the lowest compliant offer can receive up to 100 points. Offers above the budget will not be accepted. The bidder must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity; contractor classification is not required. Financial capacity may be demonstrated using one of two alternatives, and technical capacity using one of three alternatives. The bid, including the responsible declaration and price offer, must be submitted electronically. The bidder must not be prohibited from public contracting and must meet tax and social-security obligations, including obligations to the Municipality of Nava.
