Purchase of a plot of at least 170 m² in central Benalmádena Pueblo

Summary

The Municipality of Benalmádena is purchasing a plot in central Benalmádena Pueblo for a new social and cultural building. The offered property must have at least 170 m² of land and meet the location, development, dimensional and ownership conditions. Several adjoining plots may be offered together in one bid. The plot must be urban land in planning subzone “Casco 2”, at least 14 m deep and at least 7 m wide at that depth, with frontage on a street at least 6.5 m wide. Plots containing heritage-protected buildings or located in archaeological protection zones are not accepted. Other restrictions must not prevent the permitted development. The property must be registered in the bidder’s name and be free of charges, tenants and occupants when the purchase is completed. The bid must state the price, plot area, number of façades facing public roads and length of the main access façade. Bids are evaluated on price (up to 60 points), area (up to 20 points), number of road-facing façades (up to 10 points) and main façade length (up to 10 points). The unit price must be below €2,309.177118/m² and the total price must not exceed €474,997.73 including VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically within 30 calendar days beginning the day after publication of the contract notice. Participation requires a signed European Single Procurement Document and the specified land registry and cadastral documents.
