Supply of thermal energy to Aranda de Duero municipal buildings through the district-heating network

Summary

The tender covers the supply of thermal energy for heating and domestic hot water in Aranda de Duero municipal buildings through the local district-heating network in 2027–2028. The supplier will be responsible for continuous, year-round heat supply, comprehensive management of the district-heating substations, equipment maintenance and necessary adaptation works, and must use the existing backup boilers if the network supply is interrupted. The contract covers ten sites, including municipal swimming pools, sports facilities, schools, a nursery, civic centres and the fire station; supply to one civic centre will start once it is completed and commissioned. Estimated total consumption over the two-year term is 3,603,129.52 kWh. Bidders must quote a price per MWh and offer the free installation of energy-saving equipment. Price is worth up to 80 points and energy-saving improvements up to 20 points. The estimated contract value is €281,116.17 excluding VAT and the total budget is €340,150.56 including VAT; prices will not be adjusted during the contract. Bidders must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity and hold the qualifications needed for energy and heating-system work.
