Accessibility works in the Benahoare residential development

Summary

The tender covers construction works to improve access within the Benahoare residential development and connect its internal routes to external roads in Santa Cruz de La Palma. The aim is to create accessible routes for emergency and healthcare vehicles to the internal platforms in residential areas A and C, while improving pedestrian access for people with reduced mobility. Works include partial demolition of stair sections, earthworks, mass-concrete retaining walls, reinforced concrete paving with a synthetic slurry finish, pedestrian safety railings and adapted double handrails, as well as reinstatement of affected utilities.
