Replacement road transport and passenger information during the rail service disruption on the A Coruña–Santiago de Compostela and A Coruña–Betanzos Infesta routes

Renfe Viajeros is procuring temporary road replacement transport and passenger information services while rail traffic is suspended for works to remodel A Coruña–San Cristóbal station. The expected service period is 3–12 November 2026; the actual start and end dates may change if notified. The three lots cover replacement bus services on the A Coruña–Santiago de Compostela and A Coruña–Betanzos Infesta routes (Lots 1 and 2), and passenger assistance and information during the replacement transport service (Lot 3). Transport must follow the required schedules and stops, and Renfe may change the service volume and arrangements. Bidders may submit offers for one or more lots. The total budget excluding VAT is €327,627.02: €260,900 for Lot 1, €48,750 for Lot 2 and €17,977.02 for Lot 3. Payment is based on unit prices for services actually requested and delivered. Offers are assessed on the basis of the quality-price ratio. For Lots 1 and 2, price accounts for 80% and the technical offer for 20% of the score. For Lot 3, price accounts for 80%, automatically scored technical criteria for 10%, and qualitative technical criteria for 10%. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and relevant service experience and provide the necessary vehicle fleet and/or trained passenger-service staff. The final guarantee is 5% of the contract value, and public-liability insurance of at least the contract value is required.
