First-phase construction of a medical clinic in Caracuel de Calatrava

The contract covers the first phase of constructing a new medical clinic in Caracuel de Calatrava. Offers are assessed using automatically scored criteria: 65 points for the improvement involving construction of the clinic’s pitched roof, up to 31 points for the lowest price, and up to 4 points for extending the minimum 12-month works warranty by up to two additional years. The offer must be submitted electronically, signed, and include the required declaration and offer form. Bidders must meet the registration, financial and technical capacity requirements and must not be subject to exclusion grounds. The successful bidder must provide a final performance guarantee of 5% of the contract price excluding VAT. The tender documents also impose obligations concerning worksite safety, insurance and waste management.
