Supplies will be ordered as needed. In-stock goods marked as urgent are generally due within 24 hours, other in-stock goods within 7 days, and made-to-order goods not held in stock within 21 working days. The supplier is responsible for packaging, transport, unloading and placing the materials at the agreed location. To participate, bidders must submit a signed European Single Procurement Document and demonstrate the required turnover and experience supplying comparable goods. Tenders must be submitted electronically; the successful bidder must provide a 5% definitive guarantee.
