Renewal of the drinking-water network on Bons Aires and Església streets, in Son Arrom and along part of Rector Molinas Street

Summary

The Municipality of Sencelles is seeking works to renew the drinking-water network on Bons Aires and Església streets, in Son Arrom, and along a section of Rector Molinas Street. The works cover replacement of more than 0.35 km of water mains and household connections, installation of inspection chambers, shut-off valves and auxiliary equipment, and connection to the existing network. Temporary water supply must be maintained during construction, and affected road surfaces, asphalt and road markings must be reinstated. The aim is to reduce leaks and improve the efficiency, safety and continuity of the water service. The works are to be delivered as a single contract in Sencelles; the contract is not divided into lots and design variants are not accepted. The execution period is 2 months. The estimated value is EUR 67,415.57 excluding VAT; the total budget including VAT and waste management is EUR 81,634.97. Offers are evaluated on price reduction (up to 80 points) and an extension of the warranty period (up to 20 points); the warranty may be extended by up to 24 months in addition to the standard 12 months. Bidders must submit one signed offer electronically, together with the responsible declaration and price proposal. The deadline is 10 working days from the day after publication of the contract notice, by 09:00 on the final working day. The bidder must declare that it meets the required financial and technical capacity, has the legal capacity to operate, and is current with tax and social-security obligations. The thresholds include annual turnover of at least EUR 101,123.36, net assets of at least EUR 13,483.11, and annual value of similar works of at least EUR 47,190.89; under the simplified procedure these are initially confirmed by declaration.
