Replacement of football pitch fencing

Summary

The procurement covers construction works to replace the fencing at the La Pixarra, Hermanos Llana and La Carisa sports facilities in Oviedo. The existing fences are in poor condition and do not provide adequate site security. The works must follow the approved project and technical specifications. The contractor must prepare a health and safety plan, protect and mark the work areas, and provide the works, materials, permits and associated costs needed to complete the project. The works must be completed within one month from formalisation of the site-setting-out record, which is generally to be drawn up within five days of contract signature. The contractor must submit a work programme before that record is signed. The estimated contract value is EUR 245,527.14 excluding VAT; the maximum budget is EUR 297,087.84 including 21% VAT. The contract is not divided into lots. Bids must be submitted electronically in a single envelope within 20 calendar days from the day after publication of the contract notice. Price is worth up to 80 points and an extended warranty up to 20 points: each additional warranty year earns 5 points, up to four additional years. The standard works warranty is two years. Bidders must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity and commit to assigning the specified staff to the site. The successful bidder must provide a final performance guarantee equal to 5% of its bid price excluding VAT.
