Renewal of the Rainwater Drainage System in the Montelirio School Courtyards

Summary

The contract covers the complete renewal of the rainwater drainage system in the courtyards of CEIP Montelirio school in Castilleja de Guzmán. A drainage trench with perforated drainage pipe, gravel, geotextile and maintenance chambers will be built in the upper courtyard. In the lower courtyard, the blocked system will be demolished and replaced with a new underground PVC collector, inspection chambers and cast-iron gullies. The systems will be connected, and areas affected by the works will be reinstated. The expected works period is 45 calendar days; bidders may offer a shorter period. The budget is €45,274.38 excluding VAT and €54,782 including 21% VAT.
