Adaptation of a Building for a Library and Offices, Phase 2

Summary

The contract covers the second phase of adapting a building in Beniarjo for use as a library and offices. The works include refurbishing the ground floor and installing the systems required for the building’s intended use. The works must follow the project and technical specifications and be completed within five months. The estimated value is €227,099.66 excluding VAT, and the maximum tender budget is €274,790.59 including VAT; bids above the ceiling will be rejected. Bidders must meet the financial and technical capacity requirements, be registered in the required register, and submit a responsible declaration and a price offer. Bids must be submitted electronically. The evaluation awards up to 25 points for price, 20 points for extending the guarantee period, 25 points for fully assuming the costs of inspection, legalisation and commissioning of the installations, and 30 points for the technical proposal. The technical proposal must be no longer than 30 pages and contain technical information only; variants are not allowed. The successful bidder must provide a final performance guarantee equal to 5% of the offered price excluding VAT.
