Construction of raised pedestrian crossings in Tavernes Blanques

Summary

The contract covers the construction of seven raised pedestrian crossings in Tavernes Blanques, including adapting their access points, to reduce vehicle speeds and improve pedestrian safety. The works are located on Avenida del Cid, Calle Mariano Benlliure, Calle Poeta Miguel Hernández, Calle Alacant, Calle Cardenal Benlloch and Calle Alboraia, in accordance with the project. The estimated contract value is €69,443.82 excluding VAT, with a maximum tender budget of €84,027.02 including VAT. The works must be completed within two months from signature of the site layout verification record. The contract is not divided into lots. Bidders must demonstrate relevant annual turnover of at least €104,000 in the best of the last three financial years and experience from works carried out during the previous five years. Companies established less than five years ago may demonstrate technical capacity through documents showing their available technical personnel and machinery and equipment for the works. The bid must include a responsible declaration, a project-study memorandum with a work schedule and Gantt chart, and a price and warranty offer. Price is worth up to 55 points, the project study 25 points, and a warranty longer than the one-year minimum up to 20 points: a two-year warranty scores 10 points and a three-year warranty scores 20. Bids must be submitted electronically within 20 calendar days of publication of the contract notice. The successful bidder must submit a plan for the separate collection and management of construction waste.
