Supply of maintenance materials and consumables for the Albacete Circuit

Summary

The contract covers the supply of materials and consumables needed for the routine maintenance and upkeep of the Albacete Circuit. Goods will be supplied as required during the contract period at unit prices. The procurement is divided into six independent lots: electrical and lighting supplies; plumbing and sanitation materials; track paint, marking and tyre-painting materials; gardening and outdoor-area supplies; construction, carpentry and locksmith materials; and tools, workshop consumables and cleaning products. Bids may be submitted for individual lots. Maximum unit prices apply to each item. The estimated net budget is €28,700, with VAT of €6,027 and a total including VAT of €34,727. Estimated annual consumption by lot is €5,000, €4,500, €6,000, €2,500, €5,500 and €5,200 respectively. The contract runs for two years and may be extended by one year. Evaluation awards 90 points for the highest single linear discount on the contracting authority’s unit-price catalogue and up to 10 points for the shortest delivery time: up to 12 hours earns 10 points, up to 24 hours 8, up to 36 hours 6, up to 48 hours 4 and up to 60 hours 2; delivery times exceeding 60 hours earn no points. During contract performance, the successful contractor must ensure that at least 20% of people recruited for new hires, replacements or staff turnover are unemployed persons registered with employment offices.
