Spare parts and accessories for desalination plants

Summary

The procurement is divided into two lots for spare parts and accessories for the desalination plants operated by the Fuerteventura water supply consortium. The items are intended to keep the reverse-osmosis equipment operating and protect the desalination membranes. Lot 1 covers original spare parts for BPV 8-1000-EP pressure vessels, including complete end caps, sealing plates, port and head seals, locking segments, adapters, thrust cones, screws and shims; its budget is €26,000. Lot 2 covers 80 FILTERPOL HF MAX T 6010 ABSOLUTE cartridge filters, with a budget of €20,300. The total budget is capped at €46,300, with a 0% Canary Islands indirect tax rate. Price is the sole award criterion, and bids exceeding the relevant lot ceiling are not accepted. Bidders must be registered in the public-sector register of bidders and submit a responsible declaration, proof of registration, a price offer and technical product documentation. Bidders are exempt from proving economic, financial, technical and professional capacity. Bids must be submitted electronically by the deadline stated in the contract notice; the documents specify 10 working days from the day after publication. Delivery must be made within four months of contract signature to the CAAF central warehouse in Puerto del Rosario, with delivery and transport costs borne by the supplier. The supply carries a one-year warranty starting on acceptance. The contractor must also comply with requirements on selective waste collection, equal treatment, workplace safety, labour law and applicable collective agreements; any planned subcontracting must be described in the bid.
