Dismantling kitchen cold rooms and waste management at the Cervera de Pisuerga hotel

Summary

The contract covers dismantling the kitchen cold rooms and refrigeration equipment at the Parador hotel in Cervera de Pisuerga and properly managing the removed materials. The work includes removing the cold rooms and indoor and outdoor equipment, refrigerant pipework, gases and oils, electrical cables, air ducts, extraction grilles and support structures; sealing the PVC drainage connection; daily cleaning; and transporting waste to an authorised treatment facility. The contractor must also arrange the treatment of construction and demolition waste and refrigerants and provide supporting certificates. Work will take place while the hotel is closed, alongside other works, and must be completed within 15 days from signature of the works commencement record. The maximum budget is EUR 13,000 excluding VAT, or EUR 15,730 including 21% VAT. Price is the sole award criterion and carries 100 points. The bid must cover all work and include the requested quantities and work items, unit prices, a chapter-by-chapter budget and an Excel price breakdown. The bidder must have annual turnover of at least EUR 19,500 in its best year among the three most recent available financial years and must have completed at least two similar works, each worth at least EUR 6,500, during the five full preceding years and the current year up to publication of the notice. The bid must include the work team list and the works manager’s or site supervisor’s CV. Bids must be submitted electronically and signed. Among other documents, the successful bidder must provide evidence of tax and social-security compliance and civil liability insurance with cover of at least EUR 600,000 per claim and a sub-limit of at least EUR 300,000 per victim.
