Construction of a business park with six industrial buildings in Santa Marta de los Barros

Summary

The contract covers construction of a business park comprising six industrial buildings in the industrial estate of Santa Marta de los Barros, Badajoz. Each single-storey building will provide approximately 250 m² of floor area, with a rear yard and a shared paved area at the front. The works include the project’s preparatory, earthmoving, drainage, foundation, structural, roofing, external-envelope, finishing and utility works, as well as waste management, environmental measures and occupational safety. The buildings will be handed over as open-plan spaces with utility connections; activity-specific internal installations for end users will be provided separately. The estimated contract value is EUR 382,294.26 excluding VAT, and the completion period is six months from signature of the setting-out record. Evaluation awards up to 60 points for price, up to 8 for an extended warranty and up to 7 for the specified improvements. The technical proposal is worth up to 25 points and must score at least 12.5 to proceed to the next stage. To participate, bidders must submit the required responsible declaration and demonstrate financial and technical capacity. Offers must be submitted electronically, and the offered price must not exceed the budget specified in the tender documents.
