Lease of the dwelling at 10 Calle del Pilar

Summary

The Municipality of Botorrita is leasing a dwelling at 10 Calle del Pilar. The lease will run for 12 months and may be renewed. The starting rent is EUR 500 per month, and bidders may offer a higher amount; rent will be adjusted annually in line with changes in the consumer price index. The five evaluation criteria are each worth 20 points: proposed rent, number of family members, a commitment to enrol children at the Botorrita school, years of registered residence in Botorrita, and a commitment to paint the walls in the colour chosen by the municipality during the first three months of the lease. Bids must be submitted within 10 days starting the day after publication of the contract notice, on paper and in two sealed envelopes; each bidder may submit only one bid. A provisional bid guarantee of EUR 2,000 must be paid before submission, and a separate guarantee of EUR 1,000 is due when the lease is signed. The tenant must use the property as a private home, pay the rent and water, gas and electricity charges, take out insurance covering damage, and return the property clean and in good condition at the end of the lease. To participate, bidders must have the legal capacity to enter into the contract and provide evidence of identity or legal status and, where applicable, authority to represent another party. They must also declare that they are not prohibited from contracting and that their tax and Social Security obligations are up to date.
