Supply of hard drives, USB flash drives and memory cards for Guardia Civil units

Summary

The tender is for the supply of hard drives, USB flash drives and memory cards for Guardia Civil units, divided into five lots: external SSD drives (500 × 1 TB and 250 × 4 TB); rugged external SSD drives (50 × 1 TB, 40 × 2 TB and 25 × 4 TB); USB flash drives from 64 GB to 1 TB; internal M.2 NVMe SSDs from 480 GB to 2 TB; and 128 GB and 256 GB microSDXC memory cards. An offer for a lot must cover every item in that lot. The estimated value is €516,000 excluding VAT, or €624,360 including 21% VAT. Offers are evaluated on price (up to 88 points) and an extended warranty (up to 12 points); the minimum warranty is 36 months. A single delivery is due within four months from 1 January 2027, or from the day after contract signature if later. The supplier bears transport and unloading costs and must replace defective or transit-damaged goods within 20 working days during the warranty period. Bidders must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity and submit a compliant electronic offer.
