Construction of a Municipal Storage Building

Summary

The contract covers construction of a single-storey, light-industrial municipal storage building for the municipality of Sandiás. It will provide space to store municipal vehicles, machinery, equipment and maintenance materials, together with small ancillary service rooms, including a toilet. The site is Lugar O Couso No. 1 in the municipality of Sandiás. The works must be completed within six months and no later than 24 May 2027. The estimated contract value is €171,450.66 excluding VAT, and the total budget is €207,455.30 including 21% VAT. The Ourense Provincial Council is contributing €150,000. The contract is not divided into lots and variants are not permitted. Price is scored for up to 10 points, and an extended warranty for up to 4 points: each additional year beyond the required one-year warranty earns one point, up to four additional years. Bidders must meet the financial and technical capacity requirements, submit the required declaration and file their bids electronically. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the final bid price excluding VAT. During contract performance, the contractor must submit a construction and demolition waste management plan and a health and safety plan before the works start.
