Complete Renovation of Jarafuel Municipal Services Centre

Summary

The contract covers the complete conversion of Jarafuel’s former municipal market building into a municipal services centre, with eight commercial premises on the ground floor and a municipal gym on the first floor. The works include, among other things, demolition, reconfiguration of the interior, structural alterations where necessary, finishes, installation of an accessible lift, and renewal of the electrical, water-supply, drainage, heating and cooling, ventilation, fire-safety and telecommunications systems. The contract is not divided into lots. The planned construction period is 4 months. The maximum budget is EUR 440,837.44 including 21% VAT, and bids must not exceed it. Bids must be submitted electronically within 20 calendar days of publication of the contract notice. Evaluation awards up to 25 points for the technical execution plan, 50 for price, 10 for an extended warranty, 10 for a shorter completion period and 5 for the share of staff on permanent employment contracts. Bidders must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity, submit the requested work plan and provide the staff, equipment and safety measures needed to perform the contract.
