Opening two current accounts for payments requiring subsequent justification

The procurement covers the opening and maintenance of two current accounts for payments requiring subsequent justification by the central services of the Instituto Social de la Marina (ISM). The bank must provide detailed interest calculations within the first five working days of each month and credit the interest to the account within the first five working days of the following month. The contract runs for four years and may be expressly extended, provided the total term does not exceed five years. The budget and estimated value of each lot are EUR 0, and the sole award criterion is the offered interest differential against Euribor. Bidders must be financial institutions with the required authorisation and registration in the register of entities collaborating in the management of Social Security income and payments. Evidence of economic, financial and technical capacity is waived. Offers must be submitted electronically with the required declarations, financial offer and server-location information. The contractor must comply with data-protection requirements and its wage and Social Security obligations. Subcontracting is prohibited.
