Supply of high-end laptop computers

Summary

The contract covers the supply of high-end laptop computers to the Inca Regional Hospital. The contractor must deliver, inventory and label the equipment, manage the packaging and, where applicable, remove the equipment being replaced. The contract includes a five-year warranty and technical support. The number of laptops is not fixed in advance: units will be purchased at the awarded unit price until the available budget is exhausted. The maximum unit price is €1,559 excluding VAT, and the total budget is capped at €49,500 excluding VAT, or €59,895 including VAT. The contract runs for one month from signature and cannot be extended; delivery is to the Inca Regional Hospital. Price is the sole award criterion (100 points). The bidder must submit an electronically signed offer, a responsible declaration, a price offer and technical documentation, such as photographs and product data sheets, demonstrating compliance with the technical specifications. Economic and technical capacity does not have to be separately evidenced, but the bidder must be registered in the official tenderer register and make declarations including that it is not prohibited from contracting and has no outstanding tax obligations. The deadline for submitting offers is 14:00 on the tenth working day after publication of the contract notice.
