Improvement works on Joaquín Costa Street and other urban roads in Utebo

Summary

The tender covers the renewal of streets in Utebo’s old town to bring them into line with accessibility requirements for developed public spaces. The works concern Joaquín Costa, Hospital and Cervantes streets, as well as the street connecting them that forms part of Lope de Vega Square. The scope includes, among other things, demolition, earthworks, sewerage and drainage networks, water supply, electrical and lighting installations, telecommunications, road bases and paving, signage and street furniture. The procurement is a single integrated contract and is not divided into lots. The works are scheduled to take seven months. Offers are assessed on price (70 points) and reduction of the completion period (30 points); bidders may offer a reduction of 15 or 30 calendar days. The estimated value excluding VAT is €953,465.43, and the total budget including 21% VAT is €1,153,693.17. Bidders must hold the required works classifications and business authorisations, and submit the required declaration and offer electronically. During performance, the contractor must comply with applicable wage and employment conditions and provide a work programme and a health and safety plan.
