Supply of inert H&K G36KE training replicas

Summary

The tender is for the supply of 150 new, completely inert H&K G36KE training rifle replicas, delivered to Zaragoza Air Base. The replicas must be 1:1 scale, made of solid, impact-resistant material with internal steel reinforcement, finished in high-visibility blue, and weigh 3.30 kg each with a maximum tolerance of ±5%. Each item must be safely non-convertible, permanently marked as inert training equipment and numbered 001–150. The items are intended for military and security training, including safe weapons-carrying, handling and tactical exercises. Bidders must submit technical documents demonstrating compliance and a legitimate supply chain through the manufacturer, its European representative or an authorised distributor. The offer must identify the manufacturer, model and supply channel and include the required responsible declaration, price proposal and other documents. Equivalent solutions are permitted if equal or superior performance is documented. A minimum three-year warranty, including repair or replacement and after-sales support, is required. Bidders must be registered in the national register of bidders or prove that their registration application was submitted before the tender deadline. The successful bidder must provide evidence of tax and social security compliance within 7 working days of the request. Delivery is due by 30 November 2026. The contract is not divided into lots. The budget is EUR 45,000 including VAT (EUR 37,190.08 excluding VAT). Price is the sole award criterion, and the offered unit price excluding VAT must not exceed EUR 247.93.
