Delivery of a self-service serving line

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of a self-service serving line for the distribution of meals and beverages in dining facilities. The line is made of stainless steel AISI 304 and consists of the following modules: a two-level service station, an open-cabinet workstation, a refrigerated display cabinet, a refrigerated worktable with a raised edge, a hot table with a water bath for 4 x GN 1/1, and a cabinet-based workstation. The supplier must meet WE-T requirements and provide the necessary documentation confirming food-contact safety (e.g., PZH health certificate or EU-equivalent certificates) and a completed WE-T compliance form (Annex 6 SWZ).
