Redevelopment works at Church Park

Summary

The contract covers the redevelopment of the public space at Church Park in San Mateo de Gállego. The works will renew infrastructure and paving, improve accessibility, safety and rainwater drainage, and add protective features, street furniture and landscaping. The expected duration is 5 months, and the works must be completed no later than 15 September 2027. The contract is not divided into lots. The estimated value is EUR 191,866.92 excluding VAT (EUR 232,158.97 including VAT). Price is worth 67 points, while optional improvements selected in the bid can earn up to 33 points: distinctive central-square paving, a pergola and decorative lighting (12 points); a landscape interpretation area (7); two solid natural-stone benches (5); low-water Mediterranean gardens (6); and urban wildlife habitats, 15 elements in total (3). Any improvements offered must be delivered at no extra charge and become part of the contract. Bidders must provide the required turnover and technical-capacity evidence, declarations and price proposal. Bids must be submitted electronically and signed. During performance, the contractor must sort waste and deliver it to an authorised waste operator, prevent fuel and other liquid spills, and ensure hourly wages are not below the applicable sector collective-agreement rates plus Social Security costs.
