Fuel supply for official vehicles of the Vigo Port Authority

Summary

The tender covers the supply of fuel to the official vehicles and machinery of the Vigo Port Authority as needed. The fuels are unleaded 95-octane petrol (E5) and class A diesel (B7); estimated first-year quantities are 16,000 and 9,000 litres respectively, but the buyer is not obliged to purchase the full quantities. The supplier must have at least one service station within 3.5 km of the Port Authority headquarters. The station must be able to serve machinery and trucks and be open every day from at least 7:00 to 22:00. The supplier must provide vehicle-specific fuel cards with a daily limit of €200, record transactions, issue receipts for fuel purchases and provide monthly itemised invoices by vehicle as well as a monthly summary by fuel type. The contract starts on 1 January 2027 and runs for one year, with three possible one-year extensions, for a maximum total term of four years. The estimated annual value is €33,456.20 excluding VAT; the estimated total value, including extensions and possible modifications, is €160,589.76 excluding VAT. Price is the only award criterion: the bid must state a percentage discount per litre for both diesel A and 95-octane petrol. The bidder must demonstrate annual turnover of at least €50,184 in the contract field in the best of the last three available financial years and experience with similar supplies carried out during the previous three years.
