Improvement of the Mórdomo and Socasas access road in the parish of Traba

Summary

The contract covers works to improve the access road to the settlements of Mórdomo and Socasas in the parish of Traba, municipality of Laxe. The road is to be widened to a minimum of 6 metres, the existing surface repaired and cleaned, and a 6 cm layer of hot asphalt mix laid. The works also include clearing the road margins, opening and maintaining drainage ditches, constructing traversable ditches at access points to homes and properties, and installing vertical road signs, including replacing STOP signs at junctions. The completion period is 3 months; the portion assigned to the 2026 budget year must be completed by 7 December 2026. The estimated contract value is EUR 44,625.49 excluding VAT and EUR 53,996.84 including 21% VAT. Bids are evaluated on price (up to 80 points) and an extension of the warranty period (up to 20 points). The minimum warranty is 1 year, with optional extensions of 12, 24, 36 or 48 months. Bids must be submitted electronically with the responsible declaration and price offer. Bidders must meet the registration and suitability requirements and confirm that they are not prohibited from contracting and have fulfilled their tax and Social Security obligations.
